New listings declined slightly from 21 to 19 this week, with Facebook Marketplace activity remaining the primary source while direct listings decreased. Geographic activity shifted toward Tennessee and Florida, replacing last week’s more distributed market. Pricing remained relatively stable overall, as the average dipped slightly, the median increased, and the top-end listing declined compared to last week.
