New listings increased from 19 to 21 this week, with Facebook Marketplace activity rising while Craigslist listings disappeared and direct listings increased slightly. Geographic activity shifted toward California, Michigan, and Texas, replacing Tennessee and Florida as the leading markets. Pricing softened overall, as both the average and median decreased, while the top-end listing declined slightly compared to last week.
