50,000 mi on rebuilt Olds 455 V-8 gas engine. Edelbrock performance carburetor. HEI ignition. Platinum spark plugs. RV cam. Runs strong. No smog check required for this model year.

Extra gauges: engine vacuum, tachometer, engine voltage and compass.

Rebuilt brakes all around. Newer brake master cylinder and braided steel brake lines. KYB shocks all around.

Custom paint. Just polished and waxed. Looks great.

Two fuel tanks, 25 gal. each. Tanks cleaned, replaced fuel lines, added auxilliary electric fuel pump.

16 foot awning. Ramco mirrors. Ragusa cast aluminum entry step.

Custom walnut laminate flooring. Looks beautiful, cleans easily, and shows no wear.

Blaupunkt stereo with 3-way speakers and remote.

Re-upholstered in burgundy , also newer burgundy trim and cockpit carpet.

Custom Day-Night cellular shades (raise from the bottom, or lower from the top). Roof air and dash air – both blow cold.

“Fantastic Fan” quiet roof vent, 3 speeds, reversible, crank dome and MaxxAir roof shroud.
3-way fridge/freezer (110 AC, 12V DC, or Propane). Works great. Super clean.

Rear bedroom/lounge has two huge overhead cabinets, shelf, and a large deep cubby.

LED lighting throughout interior.

Extended rear bumper with storage for hoses and cables, etc. Also a hydraulic motorcycle hoist (easily removable) (sorry, motorcycle not included!)

Aluminum ladder to roof.

30 gallon fresh water tank; 30 gallon holding tank with mascerator for pumpout through garden hose to a toilet, or standard 3” dump hose.

3-channel Samlex intelligent battery charger keeps engine battery, backup battery, and house batteries at peak performance and lifetime. All batteries in excellent condition.

VERY active GMC Motorhome Club in Southern Cal. Parts are readily available from Amazon, Autoparts stores and 6 GMC Motorhome specialty shops. Awesome GMC motorhome bulletin boards on the web tell you how to fix anything! Several Facebook groups also dedicated to the GMC Motorhome.
Needs: There is a small leak in the exhaust system, has temporary patch; needs to be welded up or section replaced; oil pressure sender leaked on front end of engine – sender replaced but engine needs to be cleaned up; tires have tons of tread, but are “lumpy” and out of date, should be replaced immediately (8.75R16.5 115R : $107 each at Walmart, $129 each at Firestone).
For Sale By Owner. I have owned this GMC for 15 years and taken many trips in it with family and friends. It has been continuously registered and insured that whole time. I am selling it to move up to a 1978 GMC Motorhome. I love these special machines!

Price: $16,000. CASH.

Scammers and low-ballers: Please do not waste my time!!! I will not discuss price over the phone – you need to come and see it.

Come to Santa Barbara with cash, see it, drive it, love it, buy it!
