Description & More Pictures

This is an original owner barn kept GMC maintained motor coach purchased in 1973 by my dad. I was 12 , I’m 60 . We went around the USA 3 times and several months, everything was maintained for a final trip around the Us and Alberta, age set in. It was always ready, but my folks were not.

I drove her from Maine to Fl 4 years ago so they could fly in and use her. They went on several trips until this year.

She’s in original pristine condition and is up to snuff. 6 new tires are going on her today, they looked great, but I saw some dry rot and don’t want the next owners to have a blow out.

Air suspension 4 years old.

Everything is factory except the shag carpet that has been replaced with an industrial carpet. BICH to keep the shag.

Spotless time capsule. Fantastic visibility, front 455 v8 olds drive makes this low center of gravity in aluminum ride and drive like a luxury car, turning radius and tow capacity are unmatched, wind turbulence is unlike any other motor hone, non existent.

You won’t find another original like this!

  1. Not interested in buying it, but I have to comment. She is a beauty! We are on our 2nd Birchaven which we found on this site several years ago and, like yours, she was all original. Stored in a garage for 35 years, maintained, inspected yearly until ’96, pristine. These coaches are indestructible. And worth every penny of your price. Good luck to you. I hope someone keeps it original. They’re time capsules.
